We aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as your shoes may be a bespoke item. We use DHL as our courier service who will require a signature upon receipt.
Please note that recipients outside the United Kingdom will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the goods is received by us in full. Risk in any product ordered will pass to you upon dispatch of your order.
Once your order has shipped we will send you an email with your DHL tracking number which you can use through their website.
